What It Looks Like to Work Together
In just 2 weeks, we diagnose your business and deliver a complete franchise blueprint. Over the next 90 days, we design the systems, tools, and structure that form the foundation for scalable growth.
Initial consultations are free.
The Diagnose phase (Weeks 1–2) is billed at $2,500 per week, with the option to cancel at the end of each week with written notice.
The Design phase ranges from $25,000 to $45,000, depending on the scope of services selected.
The Deploy phase is typically $0–$5,000, covering essential setup (based on Design phase services).
Following state approval, additional services can be contracted on a fixed-price or time-based model, as agreed.
